Lynch Homes, established in 1971, has a well-earned reputation for building beautiful, luxury, affordable homes. The family run firm has been market leader in the development of quality housing for many years and pride themselves on their attention to detail and innovative developments. The company has recently started building a new development in Troon, The King’s. This exciting new development is an exclusive new collection of 35 beautifully designed luxury homes for modern family living.

Launch have worked with Lynch Homes on various developments in the past, and were delighted to work with the team again on this new development. Lynch Homes required a strong marketing campaign for the promotion of The King’s in order to compete with the various other house builders in the area. Our teams got together to devise a strategy for the project, this would involve the creation of a brand identity, website design, social media, brochure design, content marketing, press advertising, vehicle graphics, promotional videos, fascia signage, flags and exhibition design. This strong sales strategy allowed Lynch Homes to sell several houses in the early stages of the development build. They have since sold out both phase 1 and 2 of the development and are onto phase 3. They have also started building at Jackton in East Kilbride.
