Launch Digital recently collaborated with ASB Help, a UK-based anti-social behaviour support charity, to update their brand and redesign its website and create a platform that aligns with ASB Help’s mission of providing accessible, timely support to individuals affected by ASB.
The redesign was focused on a user-first approach, focusing on a clean, straightforward interface that facilitates easy navigation to critical resources, reporting tools, and contact information. Recognising the urgent nature of ASB cases, Launch Digital ensured that the new site structure prioritised user accessibility and clarity.
We restructured the site content to enhance its search engine visibility, helping individuals in need find ASB Help’s resources more easily. We also streamlined the site’s layout, categorising essential resources under clear headings and intuitive subpages that direct users to their desired information quickly. Integrating a content management system (CMS) tailored to ASB Help’s needs, the redesigned platform allows the ASB Help team to efficiently manage updates and post new resources independently, keeping the content relevant and current.
Through this project, as well updates to the branding, development of brand guidelines, social media graphics, posters and stationery, Launch Digital has empowered ASB Help to better serve its community, providing a vital support tool for those seeking help with anti-social behaviour.
