Capall Dorcha Theatre

Capall Dorcha Theatre Company was founded in 2005 by Chief Executive Barry Robertson, and focuses on creating high quality theatre experiences as well as creative outreach experiences for young people and adults in a region of Scotland which is known to have low arts participation.

In order to promote their events including the successful production of “Broadway on the Coast”, as well as providing more community opportunities with Capall Dorcha Ensemble for young people and adults to find new ways of expressing themselves through professional development workshops, Barry recognised the need to have a website to showcase events and bring new young people into the theatre.

Barry approached Launch with a vision of a website design that reflected Capall Dorchas values. Launch worked with Barry to build a new responsive, content-managed site to showcases the range of productions and programmes, integrated with Eventbrite. The site was designed to be user friendly, attractive and visually engaging with a theatrical theme to encourage ticket sales and membership enquiries.
