CDM (Scotland) Limited was established in 1995 and is now Europe’s complete supplier of safety related services. Launch have worked with CDM for many years on their strategic marketing plan, with previous campaigns involving the creation of a new brand identity and the development of a new website to attract new and existing customers. Launch re-branded all of the documentation and forms to keep the brand consistent in all aspects of the company. Launch designed a stunning new company overview brochure to send to potential clients, as a detailed dossier of capabilities. We produced a synchronised, three-fold campaign of social media, email marketing and direct, offline leaflet distribution for the training aspect of the company to promote to local tradesmen and businesses in the construction sector. Launch also took on the role of dealing with the sponsorship of Glasgow Warriors focusing on promoting the partnership through social media, email marketing and programme advertising. CDM has seen increased web traffic volumes and brand recognition from the campaign. As well as brand building the campaign has gained several new projects and the training has now expanded into Glasgow.
More recently, CDM recognised the need to update and improve their website to keep up with the latest technologies and softwares. Launch worked closely with the team to ensure the new website is clear, informative and easy to navigate. The website is now built on a CMS platform, allowing CDM staff to keep the site up to date more regularly. Launch provided training on this, and continue to work with CDM on their marketing strategy.
