The Commission for Developing Scotland’s Young Workforce highlighted the need for concerted action to tackle the problem of youth unemployment. Developing the Young Workforce (DYW) Ayrshire was set up to implement the Commission’s recommendations at a local level. They were required to engage with young people, schools, colleges, universities, employers and local authorities.
DYW and the team at Launch recognised the need for the implementation of a marketing campaign in order to achieve their goals. This involved the design and development of a new website, email marketing campaigns and print designs. From this, DYW gained a fully responsive and attractive website, as well as a suite of marketing materials to be used in on/offline communications.
Launch have since designed each of the annual reports, highlighting the amazing statistics and making it enjoyable to read, which helps to showcase the great work DYW Ayrshire are doing.
