Kathleen Richmond started as a bridal & boutique alterations service, who serviced some of the largest bridal shops in the country as well as individuals, which lead to the opening of their retail store in Kilmarnock. The family owned business wanted to bring something new and exciting to the town, with all dresses and accessories specially hand-picked by the team. The team at Kathleen Richmond pride themselves on their focus of great customer services and providing a memorable experience for each bride.

Launch have been working closely with the team at Kathleen Richmond on the development of their new, modern, elegant website to showcase the luxury and quality of products and service provided. The boutique wanted a website which would give a friendly, professional and sophisticated feeling to encourage new brides to book an appointment.
